These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of jdassociates.ca and the services offered by JDionne & Associates Ltd. ("JDionne & Associates", "we", "us"), including the Recovery Warriors community, courses, counselling, groups and events, and business training and consulting. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. Our services
We offer Indigenous-based wellness and recovery resources, online and in-person courses, community spaces, individual, couples and group counselling, and business training and consulting for Indigenous entrepreneurs, businesses, organizations and communities. Service descriptions, schedules and prices may change.
2. Not emergency services
Our website, courses and community spaces are not crisis or emergency services and do not replace medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), call the Hope for Wellness Help Line at 1-855-242-3310, or call 9-1-1 in an emergency.
3. Educational information
Course materials, blog posts and other website content are for general education and information. They are not professional medical, legal, financial or tax advice. Business training and consulting support your own decisions; you remain responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

You keep ownership of content you post. You give us permission to display it on our platforms so the community and services can operate. You are responsible for the content you post.
7. Courses, payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Course access is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold. Paid courses are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
8. Counselling and appointments
Counselling is provided by JDionne & Associates counsellors. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your counsellor will explain fees, cancellation terms and confidentiality, including its legal limits, before or at your first session.
9. Business training and consulting
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for consulting are confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not guarantee that any funding application, loan, bid or contract will be approved or awarded.
10. Intellectual property
Website content, course materials, logos and resources belong to JDionne & Associates or are used with permission. You may not copy, distribute or sell them without our written permission. Indigenous teachings and cultural knowledge shared through our services are shared with respect and should be treated with the same respect.
11. Third-party services and links
We use third-party providers for some functions, such as booking and payments, and our website may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JDionne & Associates is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
