I almost said "no" to one of the biggest opportunities I’ve ever had, and it would have cost me playing a bigger game.And believe me, every bone in my body was screaming "no".But I could feel that this one was different. That if I just said "yes", it would be a game-changer for my society and my commitment to show up for my future self. And I was right!I took steps to launch my own online course. Our fund developer obtained some grant money, and we started our Mental Wellness and Senior Support Program.Once I decided to create an online course, I needed to decide what course topic I wanted to create. So I chose to describe our logo and the services we provide. We created the&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.jdassociates.ca/pl/2147628925">“Seven Sacred Teachings”</a>&nbsp;Course. I then began working on our "Introduction to Recovery" Course. This course is almost complete, and we will be launching it soon. Now I am in the process of building my audience. This is where you come in and the reason I am doing these blogs. I would like to encourage you to join our&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.jdassociates.ca/pl/2147653863">“Recovery Warriors Tribe”</a>&nbsp;Community. We are hoping to continue building this community. You can post some questions or thoughts and find answers to some questions you may have. We can also set up some challenges that keep us on our "Active" Recovery toes. We need to stay on our toes because life will not let us rest.Once we have a good number of people interested, we can then further develop our courses. There are many courses to develop that center around addiction. Addiction is a very complex issue, and we are going to address this complex issue from multiple perspectives.
