Not an affirmation, but.. ⁣…I decided today was a good day to listen to my mind, body, and spirit rather than force myself into deep action mode!⁣Months ago, I would have just forced myself through it and said, “You gotta get it done” but times have changed!⁣I spent the first part of my day meditating + relaxing and the second half slowly adjusting to what I need to organize and execute around important but not urgent priorities.And you know what, it felt great!It’s 100% okay to show up the best you can. Be flexible. Work smarter, not harder.It feels awesome holding space for myself and not going down the deep workaholic path that I used to follow."Today, I will give myself what I need to feel complete, whole and happy."Have you been holding space for yourself lately?
