If you want to grow in one area of your life, you have to be willing to look at all areas of your life. &nbsp;This means we need to strive to become balanced and holistic.Do you agree?One of the things I love most about counseling and offering online courses is that there’s always something new to learn (which is a huge reason I decided to share my experiences, strengths, and hope in the first place!).Here are the biggest lessons I’ve learned:1- First, you’ll always be learning. Just when you think you’re done, there will be some new strategy or technique you’ll want to apply! Roll with it!2- Stay committed. Did you reach a new milestone? High five! Now hold on to it. Don’t take your foot off the gas. Maintaining what you’ve accomplished is just as important as getting there.3- Find your cheerleaders. Don’t get discouraged or disappointed if your closest friends and loved ones don’t get you or your mission. Just go out and find your squad! Find a sponsor who's been there and done that.&nbsp;4- Focus on you. There will always be someone ahead of you—you know, that person who’s got it all figured out and is brilliantly doing what you should be doing. Don’t worry about them; keep your head down and keep going. I only strive to be better than I was yesterday.5- Forgive yourself. When you fall off the wagon or don’t get stuff done the way you want, acknowledge it and move on. There are no absolutes in life, and what you did yesterday does not define today. Self-forgiveness is at&nbsp;the ultimate top of the self-actualization or self-realization pyramid.What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned from doing what you do?

To achieve growth, balance all aspects, continuously learn through counseling and online courses, adopt new strategies, stay committed, seek support, focus on oneself, and forgive when needed.
