In the spirit of our ancestors, who understood the power of setting intentions and working in harmony with the natural world, let's embrace this moment to chart our path forward.In the coming quarter, let's draw inspiration from the land, the rivers, and the sky. Let me share with you how I, a warrior on a journey of healing and strength, plan to embrace the teachings of our elders in setting my intentions.First, I envision myself walking the ancient trails of our ancestors, reconnecting with the earth under my feet. I aim to embark on ten sacred walks, each spanning a distance of two miles, allowing the rhythm of the earth to guide my steps and heal my spirit.Second, I pledge to honour the balance between toil and rest, the wisdom of knowing when to work and when to let the land lie fallow. By limiting my tasks during the weekends, I create space for longer&nbsp;quests into the heart of nature on Saturdays and Sundays, following the sun’s path across the sky.Third, I commit to strengthening my physical being, the vessel that carries my spirit, by visiting the gathering place of strength and health twice a week. This temple of wellness often called a gym in the modern tongue, is where I will build my endurance, preparing my body for the challenges and joys that lie ahead.Now, I extend my hand to you, fellow travellers, on this journey of recovery and discovery.
