Hadih! In the spirit of our ancestors and the wisdom shared through stories, there’s a teaching that resonates deeply with me during our journeys of recovery and healing—it's about the power of a focused path. You might recall a line from the movie *The Last Samurai saying, "Too many minds," which speaks to the challenge of scattered thoughts and divided attention.
In our path of recovery, this rings particularly true. Feeling overwhelmed and uncertain can often be traced back to our spirits being pulled in too many directions. Our elders teach us the value of focus—one vision, one goal at a time. This is how we can honour our journey and find clarity in the steps we take.
Start by setting one primary goal. What’s the one step you can take today that leads you closer to where you want to be? Break it down into small, manageable actions and commit to taking these steps, one at a time, one day at a time.

Together, let’s embrace the wisdom of a singular focus, reducing the noise and finding strength in our purpose. What's the one goal you're committing to today? Let's walk this path with intention and unity.
