I've been there.Before transitioning into active recovery I don’t remember how many times I tried to stop drinking.&nbsp; There were not too many because I felt I did not have a problem.&nbsp; There were a few though.&nbsp; Then one day, Sunday, July 28, 1996, I stopped drinking.&nbsp; I actually stopped on Saturday before.&nbsp; That was when I had my last drop of alcohol.I believed that since I stopped smoking drugs I could stop drinking anytime.&nbsp; I believed that since my drinking was only hurting me that it was ok to continue.&nbsp; I believed I would never be able to achieve anything and that alcohol was all there was to life.&nbsp; I believed there was no life after alcohol.Make sure you get out from behind that computer or phone and get out there making your impact! This is your permission slip to do it! The world needs you and your beautiful gift. Release it!Tag a friend who could use this!
