Ever wondered how to get your thoughts out of your head onto paper to save your recovery sanity? 🤔Well, I’m here to provide you with the perfect routine or process.So, here it is:👉 Step #1 – Get your hands on a journal somehow and start using it.&nbsp; Anything that happens throughout the day write it down.👉 Step #2 – Follow some type of process or structure, or not.&nbsp; Ask yourself 4 questions every day to monitor your behaviour.&nbsp; Questions like what did I do that was right?&nbsp; What mistakes did I make today?&nbsp; How can I improve?&nbsp; What did I learn?👉 Step #3 – At the end of the week take 15 minutes to read your journal.&nbsp; At the end of the month take an hour to read what you did that month.&nbsp; At the end of a year take a day to read what you did that year.Remember, following this process you will be completely amazed at what you will learn about yourself. 💡That’s my ultimate recipe to to become better than you were yesterday.&nbsp; I told other people about this process for 10 years before trying it myself.&nbsp; It really does work, if you work it!Let me know if you implement these simple steps 💬
