I've been thinking a lot lately about my values and how they mold and shape how I move my business forward.Do you ever think about your values too?The very first value I think about is honesty. This is how I have managed to stay in "Active" recovery since July 28, 1996. I needed to become brutally honest with my life and where addiction brought me, which was rock bottom.I also value hard work. If you want to get ahead in anything in life, you need to work hard for it. Like a psychologist once told me, we should put our blinders on, focus on what we want, and tune everything else out.These two values have served me very well over the past 27 years. I hope and pray they will continue serving me until I accomplish what I am on earth to accomplish.I like to think of my values as a barbed wire fence. When you're inside the fence, everything's fine.
