Want to know what it’s like to be a 60’s Scoop Survivor creating an online platform to help future generations enter "Active" Recovery?&nbsp;Here's what my typical day looks like from start to finish. Let me warn you, it’s pretty boring!But I thought it might be fun to share anyway.Since I do not sleep very well, I am up really early every morning. I grab a coffee and breakfast from our local Tim Hortons. I then write these blogs before driving my wife to work. I purchase another coffee and return home to take our puppy Teddy out for his morning walk. (If I do not take him out for his walk, he gets restless all day.)After Teddy takes me out for a walk, I sit at the computer and work on the various activities needed to carry out the various projects we are being funded for. I have learned to take my time with these projects. In the past, I would rush headlong into getting it all done at once, but my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health would suffer. Then I do a bit more work before picking my wife up at work.After dinner, I tend to do a bit more work before falling asleep, which is usually quite early since I wake up early.This is a very typical day. I take my time but work steadily to get things done. A Dale Carnegie instructor once said there are two types of people: those who are doing things and those who get things done. I am more of a doing things type of person, but I am still trying to get things done. I have done this since he mentioned the two types of people. When I went to school to obtain my master's degree, the instructors told us that done is better than perfect. Quite a concept.What's a typical day for you? What's your favorite part?
